Taking on a series of endurance challenges in memory of Rosie and their dear friend Alfie, raising money equally for MIND and CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young). Running has been a source of focus and purpose through some of their hardest moments — completing these challenges together is their truest way of honouring two young people who meant the world to them.

Competing in a half IronMan distance triathlon in memory of Rosie, raising money for DBA Africa — a charity providing sporting opportunities to children in Kenya and Uganda, empowering girls through sport. Rosie loved her lacrosse days with Sophie.

Running the Bristol Half Marathon in memory of Rosie, raising money for Child Bereavement UK — a charity supporting children, young people and families to rebuild their lives through grief. Together they raised over £1,600.
